The health system and its partners at Fidelity Investments are committed to helping employees through the ongoing transition of retirement plans. A recent mailing from Fidelity Investments outlines next steps. Because benefits-eligible employees now participate in the health system retirement program, the Olathe Health plan — also referred to as the Olathe Health 403(b) plan — will be terminated later this year.

To help participants understand the available options and actions needed, Fidelity will host onsite and virtual education sessions from Feb. 12-April 10.
