Health System Orientation
Shuttles leave from the Olathe Health Pavilion. Please be prepared to board at 8 a.m. for the morning session and by noon for the afternoon session.All Olathe Health employees are invited to attend orientation to health system culture. The 4-hour experience will be held at the 39th and Rainbow campus and begins with a shuttle ride from Olathe Medical Center. The experience includes a campus tour, and learning session. Please leave all workstations and laptops with the screen locked but powered on when you leave work on Friday, December 15. If possible, leave laptops onsite over the weekend (screen locked; powered on). If you are working over the weekend, please do this on the evening of Sunday, December 17. Health system email live
You will be notified when your new email account is ready. Your Olathe Health email will forward to your health system inbox until December 31, 2024. Create your new email signature. Start encouraging your contacts to use your new email address and update their records by including instructions in your email signature. Your calendars, contacts, notes and rules will migrate over.
Tip sheet will be available on The Pulse, 24/7 and Workday at a later date.
