DESCRIPTION:All Olathe Health employees are invited to attend orientation to health system culture. The 4-hour experience will be held at the 39th and Rainbow campus and begins with a shuttle ride from Olathe Medical Center. The experience includes a campus tour\, and learning session.\nContact the health system HR Support Center with questions: AskHR@kumc.edu or 913-945-6500 (7 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays). \n  \n  \nThese sessions repeat every Monday and Tuesday. There are 2 4-hour sessions per day: 8-noon and noon-4. The last session is April 9. Can you add these for all Mondays and Tuesdays except Jan. 15.

DESCRIPTION:Please leave all workstations and laptops with the screen locked but powered on when you leave work on Friday\, December 15. If possible\, leave laptops onsite over the weekend (screen locked; powered on). If you are working over the weekend\, please do this on the evening of Sunday\, December 17. This will help ensure the successful transition to Outlook 365. \nWe also recommend you print off/write down your new kumc.edu email address\, username and employee ID. You will need this information the first time you log in to the new and enhanced Outlook 365 on Tuesday\, December 19 with your kumc.edu email address. Do not print your password for security purposes. If you have early meetings on Tuesday\, December 19\, we also recommend that you print off your calendar so that you know where the meetings are. \nTo support you during this transition\, IT staff will be rounding at the hospital and available for onsite support. Also\, IT staff are available 24/7/365 to support you by calling the health system Service Desk at: (913) 945-9999. You will need to provide your location and your health system username.
